Windows 10 has got new features and improved performance as the first major update is out. Windows 10 users will receive the update soon if Windows Update is enabled and if you are going to upgrade from Windows 7/8/8.1, it'll be the part of that upgrade.
According to Microsoft, Windows 10 will now boot 30 percent faster than Windows 7 on the same device. The update also includes improvements to "Calendar, Photos, Maps, Groove, Store, Xbox, OneNote and Solitaire."
Edge has also improved in performance and security after this update. Now, you'll have the ability to preview tabs by hovering over them. If you own a pen and scribble a note with it in Cortana Notebook, Cortana will be able to recognize phone number, physical address and email address and help you set reminders.
Other improvements and features are for business edition of the Windows.
